Anshin Ryu Ju Jitsu along with the Craigieburn Martial Arts Center will be hosting Fight For Life 2021. Due to Covid restrictions on numbers per venue the seminar will be conducted across two days in two venues, The seminar will be Held on the 2nd and 3rd of October 2021.

January 2017 On the 22nd of January we installed one of our new signs on the front of the Dojo. We have one more sign to go up on the rear of the Dojo. January 2017 Hany feeling the hurt during Tan Bo training. January 2017 Members of Anshin attended the DNBK opening to training ceremony at Kevin Walshes Dojo in Craigie burn on the 9th of January 2017. Yet again a fantastic day with sessions on Ju Jitsu, Tan Bo, Sworn and much more. 
We had a visit from Sensei Kevin Smith from Bendigo. Great to catch up with friends from other Dojo's
December 2016 Dec 13th Thomas completed his grading tonight. 
March 2016 Junior grading were held for yellow belts at the end of 2015 and Oscar has now completed his grading.  Juniors trying out our new punching bags.
The new punching bag racks are now installed. 
January 2016 Anshin members attended the DNBK opening to training ceremony at Kevin Walshes Dojo in Craigieburn on the 9th of January. A fantastic day with instruction from various Sensei  November 2015 Fight for Life seminar 2015 was very successful and enjoyed by all that attended. We are all looking forward to the next one. 
April 2015 Anshin Ryu Ju Jitsu members attended a Tri seminar at Nicholas Condults Dojo on the 28th of April. There was instruction in Ju Jitsu, Hapkido and sword. It was a fantastic day and everyone had a great time Sempai Rob taking control of the opponent with a very painful wrist lock

June 2014 Congratulations to Laura and Enzo on achieving 7th Kyu in our style. Laura and Enzo have trained in Ju Jitsu for many years and have now joined our Dojo, it is great to see them take on our style and progress through the lower ranks again. We have 14 members attending the fight for life seminar so far. Hopefully the numbers will increase as we draw nearer to the event.

December 2012
A message to all students . Anshin Ryu Ju Jitsu will no longer be associating with the AJJIF. It is the opinion of Shihan Ron that the organisations leader is not qualified to grade or demonstrate technique of any substance. We will as of this day be no longer attending any seminars or function in relation to the AJJIF. We renounce all certification, titles and life memberships forthwith. Training for 2012 closes on Wednesday the 12th of December and classes resume on Tuesday the 5th of February 2013.

As of Monday the 30th of April our Monday night Seniors class will cease and be replaced by Tuesday night classes, which will commence on Tuesday the 8th of May.

Congratulations to Harry B for achieving 3rd Kyu this month, a very good result and Harry demonstrated fantastic technique throughout the grading.

We have had a fantastic turn up for the first two nights of training for 2011. We began the year with an intense workout followed by reflex training.
It was great to see everyone back on the mats and putting in a fantastic effort. A great start to what is promising to be another great year.
We have undertaken a complete re fit of our equipment room and installed a new shoe rack at the Dojo entrance. A special thanks to all involved in the latest working bee, we achieved a great deal in a very short space of time.

The last night of training for 2010 will be the Wednesday the 15th of December. We recommence training on Monday the 9th of February 2011.

6th and 7th
The Fight for Life seminar was a fantastic event and enjoyed by all that attended. There was 46 instructors on the day and well over twenty different martial art styles demonstrated. Kevin Walsh and his army of helpers are to be commended for the efforts that they put in to get this seminar of the ground. The seminar raised $12,000 for cancer research which is a fantastic result.
