Shihan Ron Ramadge gives his time freely to the club and enjoys watching his student improve their confidence whilst developing skills that will enable them to defend themselves if the situation arises. Shihan Ron himself started at the club at a very young age and believes the club and his original Sensei gave him a positive direction in life. Shihan Ron Ramadge started his formal training in martial arts at 9 years of age but he started his true journey in martial arts in 1965 studying Ju Jitsu . He also continued to study Judo, Karate , Kendo, Western Fencing and Archery.
Ju Jitsu has always been his preferred art but he believed that the other arts had much to offer and he has added many techniques from these arts to his Ju Jitsu teachings.
Shihan Ron is a member of the DNBK Japan.
Shihan Ron has been fortunate enough to train and attend seminars with such Masters of Ju Jitsu as the late Shihan Jan De Jong, Professor Wally Jay, Professor Don Jacobs and many more.
Shihan Ron Ramadge is also a qualified trainer holding a "Certificate 4 in Training and Assessment , Certificate IV in Fitness", Certificate III in Fitness, Certificate II in First Aid and he applies these qualifications in the Dojo to ensure that the training is consistent, reliable and suitable to people of all ages and abillty. ShihanRon has a passion for teaching and this is evident in the dojo.
